2020 Objectives

Introduction: 
You’re a valued member of the Connected Team. We want to be better at communicating our organization’s core values and short term objectives to all of our team members. Although we all have personal reasons for doing the work we do, it’s important that everyone understand what we’re all trying to accomplish right now. 

Here are the Objectives that we are targeting through September, and a little bit about what that means for you. Expect more information on these objectives throughout the summer. If you have any questions, please submit them to question@connectedhomecare.com.


Objective 1: 
Launch the best-in-class scheduling process, leveraging technology and best practices, giving our office staff improved tools to create schedules that best serve caregivers, clients, and the business.

Objective 2:  
Launch best-in-class processes and policies for hiring and retaining new and existing caregivers, office staff, and nurses. 

Objective 3: 
Develop and grow additional revenue channels to grow our business and provide nurses and caregivers with new opportunities.

  • Updated care plan template
  • Easier ways to track and complete supervisory visits

Schedulers
  • Upgrades to OZ to make scheduling the right caregiver faster and easier 
  • More training on OZ 
  • More training on best practices and a chance to shape processes in scheduling 

HR
  • New ways to get feedback and information from new hires to make sure you know when a problem arises
  • Tools to track new hire schedules against availability and desired hours
  • New process to help identify the best channels to post open positions
