Where to get vaccinations
Emerson Hospital, 133 Old Rd to 9 Acre Corner, CONCORD (Pfizer)
Holy Family Hospital, 70 East St, METHUEN (Moderna)
St. Elizabeth's Hospital, 736 Cambridge St, BRIGHTON (Moderna)
How to sign up
Clear here before Monday night to tell us where you want to get vaccinated.
The hospital you choose will send you an email this week with a link to register for an appointment. Once you make an appointment, you can’t change it. It’s important that you show up for your appointment - otherwise valuable vaccines go to waste. The hospital will send you all the information you need.
When you can get vaccinated
These locations can vaccinate Connected staff through Friday, January 29. If that date is extended, we will let you know!
The state of Massachusetts plans to offer further options in February.
What about the second vaccine?
You need to get your second vaccine approximately three weeks later at the same location. The hospital will help you make that appointment when you get your first vaccine.
What about the state-sponsored sites? Can I get vaccinated later?
Caregivers should be able to get vaccinations from state sites starting in February, as we communicated yesterday. No one is able to make appointments at this time. We’ll let you know more as soon as we know more.

If you are concerned about the safety of the vaccine, then you may choose to wait for now. We never want you to feel forced into any activity that makes you feel unsafe.
Nearly all of our senior staff have decided to be vaccinated. It has been approved by the leading health experts in the US, including Dr Anthony Faucci. We have every reason to believe it is as safe and effective as an annual flu shot.
There needs to be a two-week gap between these vaccines and the COVID. Keep this in mind when you schedule. For example, if you got a flu vaccine on January 10, you should schedule your COVID vaccine for January 24 or later.
Unfortunately, no. We asked! This is limited to people who work at Connected. We have to provide the hospitals with a list of our employees and they cannot vaccinate people who are not on it.
