Announcing PayMeNow! - Get Paid Every Day!  

We know you could work for any other home care agency, but we want you to choose us. We want to show you that we are committed to our aides and to say thank you. 

Yes. You receive the same total amount of money. You just receive most of it much faster. You do, however, have a cost of $0.50/day when you use it. Suppose you work 10 shifts for 3 hours each, and a total of 30 hours for the week. If you do that on 4 different days and use PayMeNow! every time, you will have a $2.00 total cost - less than an ATM fee, but you will have your money much faster. 

Yes! Suppose you work one day (for example, Monday) and are offered PayMeNow! but don't choose it. Then on Thursday you decide you wish you had used it. You can still logon and request that PayMeNow! for the Monday visit, and you will get it the following day (Friday - one week before you would have gotten it via regular payroll). 

PayMeNow! is entirely optional. It is designed to make your life easier, if you want it. But it is entirely up to you. 

Yes. We will use the same electronic funds transfer (EFT) system we use for your regular payroll.

PayMeNow! costs $0.50/day.  Note that if you have 3 or 4 visits in a day, it still costs only $0.50, even if you use it every time. The cost is per day, not per visit.

You will get a paystub just as you do now. Any PayMeNow! payments and costs will be listed on your paystub and deducted from your paycheck. You will also see a deduction of $0.50 for each day you used it. If you work 4 days and use it each day, you will pay $2, about the same as an ATM transaction. 

For example, let's suppose that you earn $500 one week, and you owe $100 in taxes. Your after-tax income is $400.  Suppose you had used PayMeNow! on 4 days, and had already received $340.  Then you would get a paystub showing $500 in earnings, $100 in taxes, $400 in net earnings to you, $340 already collected, and $2 in PayMeNow! costs. Your paycheck on that Friday would be the part you had not yet collected, which would be $58. With PayMeNow! you collect $398 and with regular payroll, you wind up with $400. But with PayMeNow! you get most of it much faster. 

No, not by even a penny. When we calculate the amount of money eligible for PayMeNow!, we keep enough money to meet your tax withholding requirements, based upon the information you have provided us in writing for payroll.

PayMeNow! is designed to reward you for using our app. A visit qualifies for PayMeNow! if you

• Login to your visit using the Login button on your app

• Logout from your visit using the Logout button on your app and 

• Submit your visit report using the app by 11PM the same day the visit ends

Yes! And we hope you do.

The system can process PayMeNow! only when you login and logout with the app and submit your visit report by 11PM the same day the visit ends. It cannot process PayMeNow! until all those things happen, so you cannot request it in advance. But you are welcome to request it for each and every visit.

PayMeNow! is available after you submit your visit report. Consecutive visits at a single client require only one report, but if you do 4 visits for different clients, you will submit 4 reports, and you can request PayMeNow! for each of them if you have logged in and out via the app and submitted your report by 11PM. 

There is only one report for consecutive visits, and you login only one time when you arrive and once when you leave. Do not worry about logging out and then back in - they system does that for you. The entire amount will be available for PayMeNow! if you have logged in and out properly.

Obviously, the bank has to be open for you to get your money, so if you use PayMeNow! on Friday or Saturday, you will get your cash on Monday.  And for bank holidays like July 4th or Labor Day, your funds will arrive on the next business day.

We can control when we send the funds out, but if there is a delay on your bank's part, or a delay in the banking system generally, we cannot control that. This is uncommon, but it can happen.

If you submit by 1:00 PM Monday through Friday you should get paid the same day by 6:00 PM.

If you submit by 4:30 PM Sunday through Thursday you should get paid by 9:00 AM the following morning.

If you submit by 11:00 PM Sunday through Thursday you should get paid the next day by 6:00 PM.

If you submit between 1:00 PM Friday and 4:30 PM Sunday you should get paid by 9:00 AM Monday.
