Program Details


  • Is this program available to all employees?

    This program is available to all employees in good standing who regularly work 10 or more hours a week, have worked for Connected for at least 30 days.

  • What do I have to do remain "an employee in good standing"?

    The most important criterion is that you show up for work, or that you call in advance as soon as possible if you cannot make it to work. This is already our policy and is nothing new. If you are getting this email, then you are doing fine!  We understand that sometimes you will be sick or your car won't start. That won't cause a problem. But if you just do not show up at all and you do not call us, the phone will stop working until you contact the office. We can set it to work again immediately once the issue is resolved.

  • How much does it cost?

    The program costs $24.76 a month per line which includes the taxes and fees.  In return you get unlimited voice, text and internet. Connected will deduct $6.19 per line each week until you reach $24.76 per line for the month.  

  • Is there an Activation Fee?

    There are no activation fees.  You need to pay your first month of service in advance ($24.76) so we have the money once the bill comes due. But when you leave the company, whether it's in a month or 3 years from now, it's all applied to your bill and anything that is left over goes into your last paycheck. There's no activation fee, no other fees, and every dollar will go to your service plan. Anything unused is returned to you.

  • I have my Spouse and Kids on my current plan. Can I add them to this one?

    You can bring them over as well.  This program is for our employees and their family members.


Getting Started


  • Can I keep my same number?

    Yes! You can keep your same number(s). Connected Home Care will transfer your number(s) from your current carrier to the Sprint network. This can happen very quickly, but it will depend upon your current carrier so we cannot be certain how quickly they will respond. It could range from a few hours to 2-3 days.

  • Will I have to pay a penalty to my current carrier?

    You will need to contact your current carrier to discuss this.  You may still be under contract and and there may be a penalty for terminating your agreement early.   You are responsible for these costs if this happens so please double check.

  • I like the phone I have. Can I still use it?

    Yes, if you have a phone you'd like to continue to use you can continue to use it.  You will just need to come into an office and get a new SIM card so it will work on the Sprint network.

  • I'm already a Sprint customer. Can I still sign up?

    Yes. You can sign up for this program and start paying a lower monthly rate but you won't get a free phone unless you add a new line.


Monthly Services & Changes


  • Can I use the phone when I am not working?

    Yes, you can use the phone to make calls, text and surf the Internet when you are not working as much as you like at no additional cost.  Remember it's unlimited Talk, Text and Internet.

  • If I join the program and want to add a line later is that ok?

    Yes, you can add a line later and get a free phone when you do.

  • What happens if I want to cancel a line?

    If you want to cancel one or more lines please fill out this form request.

  • What happens if I lose or break my phone?

    The phone is yours and you are responsible for it. If you lose or break it you are welcome to get one yourself, or you can get an other phone through our program for $100.


    In either cause, let us know right away at phones@connectedhomecare.com so we can de-activate your lost or stolen phone.

  • I want the latest phone, can I still join this plan?

    Yes!  You can buy a phone from an Apple store, Best Buy, etc.  and then come into our office and get a SIM card so it will work on the Sprint Network.

  • Are you having technical issues with a phone?

    If you have an issue with one of your phones, please call Sprint Technical Support at 800-927-2199 and press option 3.


    If they ask you for a PIN please let them know you do not need one.  This should be listed under our account notes.

  • Removing Codeproof MDM

    How to remove MDM from iPhone, iPad and iPod?

    Here are the steps to remove MDM profile from the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices.


    Steps:

    1. Open “Settings” App.
    2. Scroll down and then tap on “General” section from the left menu
    3. Scroll down all the way and then tap on “Device Management”
    4. Then tap on “MDM Profile”
    5. Then tap on “Remove Management”
    6. If it ask for a passcode, Please enter your passcode
    7. From now on device will no longer controlled by a remote person
    8. The above steps will remove the remote management control from the device.

What If I leave The Company


  • What happens when I leave the company?

    First of all, we hope you will not leave. We hope you will call the office and arrange a schedule that works for you. 


    But if you move out of the area or become a full time student, then just contact us at phones@connectedhomecare.com and we will give you a link to complete a simple form to take over billing responsibility for any phones you have on our program.
