Caregiver Benefits

Paid Sick Time: for every 30 hours worked employees will earn 1 hour of sick time. This time can be used for your personal sick days, dr appointments or to care for a loved one

Vacation Bonus: employees can earn up to 40 hours of vacation a year time which starts accruing after 90 days of employment. One hour of vacation time will be earned for every 52 hours worked. 

Employee Referral Bonus: if employees refer a friend of family who had never worked with Connected home And is Hired they must work a minimum of 6 weeks and 50 hours and you are eligible to receive a $100 bonus.

Client Referral Bonus: if you refer a private pay client to Connected Home Care 

you are eligible to receive a $50 Referral bonus

Free Continuing Education: Connected home Care provides multiple trackers to continuing education. Including, hybrid on-line and in-class HHA training, step program (a progressive program) and traditional 75hour i class training. In addition we offer Supportive Home Care aide training (dementia focused and Mentally health)

Weekend Differential: looking to make extra money? If you work on the weekend you are able to earn a $2 differential for all shifts.
