If you have a technical problem with your please call Sprint Technical support at 800-927-2199 and select Option 3.
Sprint may ask you for a PIN. Just tell them you are a Connected Home Care employee and our account does not require you provide one.
If you are not able to resolve your phone issue with Sprint Technical support please email phones@connectedhomecare.com with your issue.
Transferring your number to a new Sprint Phone.
To finish the process, complete the following steps:
1. Power Off your device.
2. Using a different phone from the one you are porting, dial 866-437-1818.
3. When asked for your phone number, enter the porting number - ###-###-####
4. When asked for the pass code, enter Billing Zip Code - 01742
5. You will then get a message stating that your port will complete within 15 minutes, however it will complete when the call completes so you really don't have to wait.
6. Just wait a couple minutes after this message and then turn the new Sprint device on.
*If the phone number/passcode are entered incorrectly or there is not a confirmed port in request for the phone number entered then the call will route to Sprint Care.
Please HANG UP and repeat steps 1-6 above.
YOU MUST CALL SEPARATELY for each phone number being ported.
